The product list and prices are updated every Monday by 11:59 AM. All orders are accepted from Monday by 12:00 PM until the cut-off by Thursday at 12:00 PM. Products are then delivered every Saturday. The estimated time of arrival is 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for those within our standard service areas.
HOW ITEMS ARE SOLD
You can purchase fresh goods and items on our website in two ways, either (1) by pieces or (2) by the pack.
For those sold by pieces, usually large fruits and cucurbits, you may add them to your cart by the number of pieces. For those sold by packs, you may add them to your cart by weight, as indicated in the product description.
Delivery of your orders will come in either (1) a paper bag or (2) a bayong, a native Filipino palm bag. By default, we use paper bags in every order delivery. Should you wish to avail of the bayong delivery, you will be required to pay an additional fee of PHP 50.00 per bayong.
To ensure that we are able to maintain fair trade in our business, we require a minimum order worth PHP 500.00 per customer delivery (exclusive of shipping and packaging fees).
Tagani orders may be paid through GCash, PayMaya, Paypal, or BPI Bank Transfer. As of the moment, we do not accept cash on delivery for first time customers.
During check-out, you will choose whether you want your orders to be shipped to (1) your preferred door-to-door location or (2) at our partner hubs for pick-up.
